Who We Serve: We specialize in serving Advisors:

•	Who have five (5) or more years experience in the Financial Services industry
•	Who have an annual net income of $100,000 or more
•	Who deliver (or are interested in moving toward) comprehensive, full service financial planning, supported by an appropriate Deliverables Team
•	Who want to optimize the goal achievement and values fulfillment of a finite community of Ideal Clients to create the best possible experience for them and improve the quality of their lives
•	Who seek a significant improvement in the quality of their own professional and personal lives
•	Who recognize the value of investing in their own development and are willing to act on the advice and guidance of a professional coach

We are also successful in serving Advisors who have less than five (5) years of experience in the Financial Services industry but who demonstrate a commitment to the profession as well as those Advisors who have an annual net income of less than $100,000 but recognize the importance of investing in their own professional development and are willing to devote sufficient time and money to achieve their goals.

Who We Are Not

We are not a sales training company. If you are looking for a “silver bullet” that will get “customers” to “buy” your products … we politely suggest that you look elsewhere.

•	We do not offer sales training
•	We do not encourage the use of sales techniques, and
•	We do not support a product-centric focus

Those things are out of integrity with our core philosophy. Instead, we work with professionals who are willing to focus on providing strategies that have the highest probability of achieving their Clients’ goals within the context of their Clients’ values.

We also do not provide the technical element of training that is required for you to serve as a true Financial Professional. You will need to pursue other professional development tracks to accomplish that objective, such as (1) employing or forming strategic alliances with individuals with the appropriate skill-sets to deliver the required services, or (2) attaining appropriate licenses and designations (e.g. Certified Financial Planner (CFP), etc.)
